Purdue is Purdue. The Irish walloped the Boilermakers once again - the bigger question is, will the victory prove to be the "get right game" like seasons past? Well, we will see if the Irish can keep it rolling against the greatest NFL head coach of all time this Saturday down in Chapel Hill. What a wild week in college football - and a great one. Not very often you get a win from ND paired with Michigan and USC losses. We cover the blunder from our two rivals, as well as everything else that happened in what felt like the "real" kickoff to the CFB season. Another big week ahead - and we share our picks for that.

What a world we live in where a 17 point victory over a historic rival is deemed "forgettable". You gotta win your clunkers, and while everything wasn't perfect for the Irish, they did more than enough to keep the record spotless. 

Our historical "get right" opponent awaits - another semi-rival in Purdue. Drew Bress isn't lining up on the other side of the football, but they present a unique challenge to this year's iteration of the Irish in that they are aware of the forward pass.

Oh, we didn't forget about the awesome game down in Oxford - we bounce around the country to recap what felt like the first "real" week of college football, and give our picks for the week ahead.
